Enduring style with a Northwest twist.
Alexis Gentry calls Washington’s fertile Skagit Valley her home, a place bordered by the mountains and the sea. She is constantly inspired by its painter’s palette of color and form, year after year. Spring fields explode early with brilliant chartreuse growth, summer ripens into golden, fragrant hayfields, while autumn’s blueberry bushes burn intensely with rust and cranberry tones. The winter season ushers in muted mountain colors of complex evergreen and blue, gifting this designer with warm visions of cozy hearths and flickering flame. With a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Seattle, Alexis has spent the past decade creating unique indoor and outdoor living environments, guiding clients to define their style, prioritize decisions, and learn where to save and where to spend, to craft spaces of lasting value.
“Every project can benefit from working with a designer as early in the process as possible. By listening to your needs and dreams, a designer helps you make the most of your financial investment, perhaps through a custom remodel, building a new home, or freshening up a particular space with a new color scheme and updated furnishings. We provide access to a world of custom resources, and help you create a cohesive and functional design that’s tailored to the way you live.” – Alexis Gentry, ASID, BFA
