The powder room boasts a light Asian treatment, echoed elsewhere in the home. The extra-deep vanity actually houses storage for the dining table leaves, accessible via a low door in the adjacent great room. The ledge at the rear of the honed granite counter disguises the depth and transforms the backsplash into a useful and decorative shelf. The chiseled edge of the ledge and counter echo the rough exterior of the solid granite vessel sink.
