The total renovation of this 1940s ranch removed a wall to open the kitchen and family room to each other, to the expansive water views, and to much of the rest of the open living area. Picking up on soft teals in the adjacent family room, cream-colored cabinetry is quietly accent with soothing green tones on granite counters, the kitchen island, marble mosaic, and on handpainted, raised-relief tiles above the cook top.
